材料:
- 牛蒡
- 芝麻
- 醬油
- 糖
- 麻油
- 油
材料:
- 牛蒡切細絲,切好的牛蒡要泡水
- 加熱2大匙油,大火炒牛蒡絲到熟(稍微變色且變軟)
- 轉小火,放入醬油、糖、少許水,炒至湯汁收乾,起鍋前放少許麻油,放白芝麻拌勻
