味噌湯

Ingredients:

  • 味噌
  • 蔥,切蔥花
  • 海帶芽(optional)
  • 白蘿蔔(optional)
  • 嫩豆腐丁(optional)
  • 蛋花(optional)

Method:

  • 湯煮滾後,以湯水在一小碗中調勻味噌,再倒入湯鍋裡。
