泰式涼拌長豆

用了紫色的長豆

Ingredients:

  • 長豆
  • 蕃茄
  • 辣椒 (泰國種,比較小比較辣的那種較好)
  • 蒜頭
  • 醋 / 檸檬汁
  • 花生米

Methods:

  • 辣椒、蒜頭放入臼內,搗碎融合。 沒有臼的話蒜頭切末,辣椒切小圈後,辣椒籽用大湯匙壓裂。
  • 長豆切段,用刀背拍裂 (下次要試切細絲)
  • 蕃茄切小塊。
  • 將所有材料拌勻調味。放至入味 (入味時間測試中: 蕃茄馬上可吃,長豆放過夜後還不錯)
  • 花生米用臼搗成粗粒,盛盤後灑在沙拉上。(測試中)
