青木瓜沙拉

Ingredients:

  • 青木瓜 一顆
  • 蕃茄,小蕃茄較好。
  • 檸檬 半顆
  • 糖 (椰糖)
  • 鹽 (醬油)
  • 花生
  • 辣椒
  • 蒜頭

Methods:

  • 青木瓜削皮後,用刀在上面敲出許多大致平行的刀痕,再用削皮刀去削出一絲絲的木瓜絲。邊敲邊削,直到看到木瓜子沒辦法再削為止。
  • 蒜頭切末,辣椒切末,小蕃茄切半,拌入青木瓜絲。
  • 檸檬擠汁入青木瓜絲,加入鹽、糖等拌勻。
  • 最後拌入敲碎的花生。
