- 秀珍菇(鮑魚菇切絲也可,要使用較為鬆軟有勁的菇類,像蘑菇太脆口就不適合)
- 破布子 1 1/2 Tbsps
- 紅辣椒,去籽切絲
- 薑絲,少許
- 鹽
- 香油

- 中華雞蛋豆腐 (300g),磨碎

- 烹大師(昆布口味)
- 紅蘿蔔,切細末
- 太白粉
