皮蛋辣豆腐 Spicy Century-Egg Tofu Salad


從來沒想過看電視連續劇也能學做菜(笑),中視「光陰的故事」裡孫爸有道名菜叫皮蛋辣豆腐,看起來方法簡單又被形容的超好吃,我忍不住跟著照做。一試之下真是驚為天人,不愧它在戲裡的名聲。做法也是真的很簡單,所有東西攪和在一起就超好吃了!上面我很假掰的把皮蛋豆腐排得超漂亮,但其實吃得時候根本就是像下面這樣。

還有,「光陰的故事」很好看,很推薦的一齣戲。

Ingredients:

  • 皮蛋 1~3顆,切碎 century egg 1~3, chopped
  • 豆腐 1~2塊 (我喜歡用板豆腐)firm tofu, 1~2
  • 醬油 soy sauce
  • 香油 sesame oil
  • 蔥花 (香菜切碎也可) green onion (or cilantro), minced
  • 生辣椒,去籽切碎 chili pepper, seeded and minced

Method:

將所有材料攪拌均勻即可。Mix everything together and enjoy🙂
