麻醬麵

Ingredients:

麻醬:

  • 芝蔴醬
  • 花生醬
  • 醬油
  • 香油
  • 冷開水

以 2:1:2:0.5:少許:少許:2~4 的比例調勻~~ 這個比例還不是最後定版,不過已經不錯吃囉!

配料:

  • 小黃瓜
  • 紅蘿蔔
  • 麵 (廢話)

Methods:

  • 煮滾一鍋水
  • 蛋打散煎蛋皮,煎好後放涼切絲。
  • 紅蘿蔔切絲,燙熟
  • 小黃瓜切絲
  • 煮麵。麵熟後舖上所有的料,淋上調好的麻醬。上桌!
