鮮菇山藥鑲黃瓜

Ingredients:

  • 大黃瓜一根(cucumber, common cucumber, garden cucumber, regular cucumber…)
  • 台灣山藥一塊,刨細絲
  • 杏鮑菇一根,切細末
  • 素火腿一小塊,切細末
  • 紅蘿蔔一小塊,刨細絲
  • 白胡椒
  • 香油
  • 太白粉

Method:

  • 山藥削皮刨細絲,杏鮑菇切細末,素火腿切細末,紅蘿蔔刨細絲。
  • 將山藥、杏鮑菇、素火腿、紅蘿蔔拌在一起,以白胡椒、香油、鹽調味,最後加入少許太白粉以增加黏度。
  • 大黃瓜削皮,切約2cm厚片,用湯匙將瓜籽均挖出。
  • 將拌好的山藥料塞入大黃瓜的中心,蒸熟。
