清蒸破布子鮮菇

Ingredients:

  • 秀珍菇(鮑魚菇切絲也可,要使用較為鬆軟有勁的菇類,像蘑菇太脆口就不適合)
  • 破布子 1 1/2 Tbsps
  • 紅辣椒,去籽切絲
  • 薑絲,少許
  • 香油

Method:

  • 將除了香油以外的材料拌勻入鍋蒸10分鐘,最後淋上香油。
