照燒豆包海苔捲

Ingredients:

  • 生豆包 8 個
  • 壽司海苔 8 片
  • 太白粉少許
  • 醬油
  • mirin
  • 清酒
  • 白芝蔴

Method:

  • 生豆包攤開成長條狀,灑一些太白粉在豆包上,海苔剪成4片長條狀舖在豆皮上,捲起,收口向下。
  • 醬油、mirin、清酒以3:2:1的比例拌勻(比例可改變,視個人喜好),加入適量水調成醬汁備用。
  • 將豆包煎至表面金黃,將調味料加入煮至湯汁收乾。略降溫後斜切,滾上白芝蔴。
