北海道焗烤

Ingredients:

  • 味噌 1 Tbsp
  • 美乃滋 2 Tbsps
  • Chedder cheese slice 1
  • 黑胡椒
  • 馬鈴薯 1, 切小塊
  • 其他蔬菜(玉米粒、花椰菜、杏鮑菇、蘑菇…),切成適當大小

Method:

  • 馬鈴薯與所有蔬菜蒸熟或燙熟
  • 味噌與美乃滋拌勻成味噌沙拉醬。
  • 將所有蔬菜、馬鈴薯、味噌沙拉醬、黑胡椒拌勻。
  • 準備一個耐熱烤盤,將拌勻食材移入,舖上起司片,入小烤箱烤約7~8分鐘即成。
