Croquette (Korokke) 可樂餅

Ingredients:

  • 馬鈴薯
  • 洋蔥,chopped
  • 玉米粒
  • 奶油/牛奶/鮮奶油
  • 黑胡椒
  • panko (日本麵包粉)
  • 蛋,打散
  • 麵粉

Method:

  • 馬鈴薯煮熟,洋蔥末炒香,玉米粒炒香。
  • 馬鈴薯壓成泥,加入適量鹽、黑胡椒、奶油/牛奶/鮮奶油拌勻,加入洋蔥與玉米拌勻。
  • 將料揉成patty狀,依序沾麵粉、蛋汁、麵包粉。
  • 下鍋油炸至金黃。

P.S. 也可使用南瓜,料也可放入蘑菇
