芝麻牛蒡絲 Crispy burdock root with sesame

材料:

  • 牛蒡
  • 芝麻
  • 醬油
  • 麻油

材料:

  • 牛蒡切細絲,切好的牛蒡要泡水
  • 加熱2大匙油,大火炒牛蒡絲到熟(稍微變色且變軟)
  • 轉小火,放入醬油、糖、少許水,炒至湯汁收乾,起鍋前放少許麻油,放白芝麻拌勻
