烘烤綠豆蕃茄咖哩 Toasted mung dal soup with tomatoes (Tamatar mung dal)

這食譜不能算是正統的dal soup,被我改造的稠了不少。原本食譜的味道比較earthy一些,我放了較多的檸檬與香菜,口味比較衝突也有清香。不過吃了幾天發現會愈放愈稠,而且第二天後味道更融合會更好吃哦!
