薑汁地瓜 Sweet ginger yam soup

Ingredients:

  • fresh ginger, chopped into big chunks
  • yam, peeled and chopped into chunks
  • brown sugar

Methods:

  • Slightly smash the ginger chunks with the side of the knife.
  • Put ginger and yam into a pot of water. Bring it to boil.
  • Simmer it for 30 mins, add brown sugar to taste.
