涼拌金針菇

Ingredients:

  • 金針菇
  • 綠豆芽
  • 紅蘿蔔
  • 香菜
  • 芹菜 (optional)
  • 豆干 (optional)
  • 辣椒
  • 香油

Methods:

  • 煮滾一鍋水,將紅蘿蔔、芹菜、豆干切細絲,金針菇切二段,辣椒切圈圈(或切末),香菜切末。
  • 將金針菇、豆芽、紅蘿蔔、芹菜、豆干分別燙熟。一定要分開燙再拌勻,因為每個材料燙熟的速度不一樣。
  • 燙好的材料加入香菜、辣椒、鹽、糖拌勻,最後加入香油拌勻。
