酪梨蛋

Ingredients:

  • 酪梨,切小塊
  • 蛋,打散
  • 醬油(較為甜味的)
  • 味醂

Methods:

  • 將蛋液以醬油、味醂調味,加入酪梨,略為攪拌。
  • 以小火慢慢煎,快要凝固時翻面略煎,起鍋。
