青龍椒炒豆干

Ingredients:

  • 青龍椒 (糯米椒)
  • 豆干
  • 醬油膏

Methods:

  • 豆干切片,入油鍋以中大火煸乾。
  • 青龍椒切斜片,與豆干一起拌炒,炒到青龍椒略乾時以醬油膏調味。
