涼拌干絲

Ingredients:

  • 干絲
  • 芹菜
  • 紅蘿蔔
  • 辣椒 (optional)
  • 麻油、鹽、糖

Methods:

  • 芹菜、胡蘿蔔切細絲
  • 煮沸一鍋水,將芹菜、胡蘿蔔分別燙熟。
  • 放入干絲燙熟。
  • 將芹菜、胡蘿蔔、干絲與調味料拌勻。
