甜椒鑲蛋

這次料裡放了炒過,切碎的杏鮑菇

Ingredients:

  • 各色彩椒。(如果有迷你彩椒會更適用)
  • 蛋,打散。
  • 鹽、糖

Methods:

平底鍋做法

  • 甜椒去籽,去蒂,切成圈圈。
  • 蛋液以鹽、糖調味。
  • 彩椒圈放入平底鍋,將蛋液舀入彩椒圈內,煎一下後用小火燜熟

下次要試著用烤箱做
