炒豆干

成品是那種很有水份的豆干哦。我以前都不知道炒豆干前豆干要先燙過!

Ingredients

  • 豆干,切絲
  • 薑絲
  • 醬油膏
  • 辣椒絲
  • 紅蘿蔔絲 (optional)
  • 芹菜 (optional)

Methods:

  • 豆干絲與紅蘿蔔絲放入炒鍋,加水至蓋過,煮滾後轉小火,約滾1~2分鐘後,將豆干、紅蘿蔔取出。水倒掉。
  • 起油鍋,放入豆干絲、紅蘿蔔絲。以中大火炒到有香氣。
  • 加入醬油膏,炒到有香氣,可以鹽再調味。
  • 放入薑絲、辣椒絲,及芹菜翻炒起鍋。
