腐乳空心菜

Ingredients:

  • 空心菜
  • 豆腐乳
  • 薑絲
  • 辣椒
  • 蒜末 1 Tbsp
  • 香油
  • 麻油

Method:

  • 薑、辣椒切絲,蒜切末
  • 豆腐乳以少許熱水拌開,加入適量鹽巴、麻油、香油、糖。
  • 以沙拉油加麻油,爆香辣椒片、蒜末、薑絲,放入空心菜大火炒勻後,加入豆腐乳汁,迅速將菜拌勻至熟
