麻辣油

Ingredients:

  • 香油 600g
  • 辣椒粉 1 cup
  • 花椒粉 1/3 cup
  • 蔥白 3 根

Method:

  • 蔥白切寸段,辣椒粉、花椒粉、蔥白放入寬口鍋中。
  • 取一雪平鍋,香油入內燒滾,沖入寬口鍋中。放涼後過濾。
