辣油(紅油)

Ingredients:

  • 香油 600g
  • 辣椒粉 1 cup
  • 蔥白 3 根

Method:

  • 蔥白切寸段,與辣椒粉放入寬口鍋中。
  • 取另一鍋子,將香油燒至滾燙,沖入寬口鍋中,此時應該會聽到嗤的一聲,也會聞到香味。
  • 放涼後過濾,裝瓶即可。
