香根黑胡椒炒豆包絲(香根素牛柳)

Ingredients:

  • 紅辣椒 1 條
  • 香菜梗 1 把
  • 炸豆包 3 片
  • 醬油 3 Tbsps
  • 香油 1 tsp
  • 素蠔油 2 Tbsps
  • 粗粒黑胡椒
  • 酒 2 Tbsps

Method:

  • 豆包切條狀,加入醬油、香油 1 tsp 拌勻略醃。
  • 香菜梗切4 cm段,紅辣椒去子切絲,薑切絲
  • 豆包炸至金黃盛起。餘油盛起。
  • 素蠔油、酒、糖、少許香油調成綜合醬汁。
  • 爆香薑絲、紅辣椒絲,加入豆包絲與綜合醬汁炒勻,灑上黑胡椒。熄火前加入香菜梗拌勻起鍋。
