奶汁玉米可樂餅

Ingredients: serve 32

  • 牛奶 500g
  • 糖 50g
  • 玉米粉70g
  • 奶粉 2大匙
  • 奶油 30g
  • 玉米粒 300g
  • 麵粉
  • 蛋,打散
  • 麵包粉

Method:

  • 前六種材料拌勻,以小火邊煮邊攪至凝固,放涼後壓入保鮮盒(也可用塑膠袋包捲成圓柱狀),冷凍一夜。
  • 取出切片,沾麵粉、蛋汁、麵包粉,以小火炸至金黃。
  • 如用烤的,麵包粉需先加油在鍋內炒過。
  • 沾好麵包粉後可冷凍,炸前先解凍顏色較佳。
