涼拌黑胡椒毛豆

Ingredients:

  • 帶筴毛豆
  • 八角
  • 粗粒黑胡椒
  • 五香粉
  • 蒜,切末
  • 辣椒,切末
  • 香油

Method:

  • 湯鍋放少許水(之後可以恰恰蓋過毛豆的份量),放入八角,鹽(要重鹹),先將味道熬出。
  • 湯鍋內可加入五香粉、肉桂粉、花椒粉等。毛豆洗淨,放入滾煮3~5分鐘。
  • 毛豆與八角撈起,拌入麻油、黑胡椒、鹽、蒜、辣椒。
