菜脯豆豉辣炒蘿蔔糕

Ingredients:

  • 蘿蔔乾
  • 豆豉
  • 辣椒
  • 蘿蔔糕(比較硬的,港式蘿蔔糕不可)
  • 洋蔥丁
  • 白胡椒
  • 豆芽菜
  • 香菜(optional)

Method:

  • 蘿蔔乾泡水,切碎。辣椒切碎。
  • 蘿蔔糕切約1cm厚片,再切成2cm方塊。以平底鍋煎香,盛起備用。
  • 蘿蔔乾小火炒香,加入豆豉、辣椒、香油2小火慢炒至香(約5分鐘),再加入鹽、酒嗆鍋。放入洋蔥丁爆香,加入水、糖、胡椒粉略煮,加入蘿蔔糕小心拌炒。
  • 打入蛋,灑上豆芽菜,稍微翻一下後蓋上鍋蓋悶煮至熟。起鍋前灑上香菜。
