紫菜生菜捲

Ingredients:

  • 壽司海苔
  • 堅果粉(花生粉、芝蔴粉、腰果粉…)
  • 美乃滋 Mayonnaise
  • 蔬菜條(燙熟紅蘿蔔、燙熟四季豆、小黃瓜)
  • Romaine lettuce

Method:

  • 全部捲起即可食用。在尾端要沾些沙拉醬才可黏起。
  • 如果要先做好,在蔬菜條與海苔間要舖生菜葉,以隔絕溼氣以防海苔變軟。可以放到冰箱冰透再食用。
