糖醋蓮藕

Ingredients:

  • 蓮藕
  • 糖 2 Tbsps
  • 白醋 2 Tbsps
  • 鹽 少許
  • 檸檬汁 少許
  • 油 1 Tbsp
  • 水 1 Tbsp

Method:

  • 蓮藕削皮切0.2cm薄片,汆燙至快熟撈起。
  • 起油,將糖炒至紅色後,加入水及醋及少許鹽煮成醬汁。蓮藕片倒入拌炒至收汁。起鍋前淋一些檸檬汁。

這是沒有加蕃茄醬的糖醋汁,基本上糖:醋= 1:1。
