紅糟排

Ingredients:

  • 麵腸3~4條
  • 紅糟 3 Tbsps
  • 香油 2 Tbsps
  • 醬油 2 Tbsps
  • 糖 1 Tbsp
  • 花椒粉 1/4 tsp
  • 地瓜粉 1/2 cup
  • 牙籤4根
  • 九層塔(optional)

Method:

  • 麵腸剖開,以紅糟、香油、醬油、糖、花椒粉冷藏醃一晚。(麵腸一定要冷藏醃才容易入味)。
  • 以牙籤穿刺麵腸使其展開,沾上地瓜粉,略放一下。以中高溫炸至金黃,瀝乾切片。
  • 可搭配九層塔食用。
