Brown sugared balsamic mushroomPosted: March 7, 2010
- olive oil
- garlic, minced
- 1 pound fresh (cremini) mushrooms, sliced
- balsamic vinegar
- brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Saute the garlic in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not brown the garlic.
- Add mushrooms and cook 2 more minutes, stir occasionally.
- Pour in balsamic vinegar and add brown sugar, add salt to taste, and cook another 2 minutes. Add pepper to taste at last.
