Brown sugared balsamic mushroom

Ingredients:

  • olive oil
  • garlic, minced
  • 1 pound fresh (cremini) mushrooms, sliced
  • balsamic vinegar
  • brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Saute the garlic in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not brown the garlic.
  • Add mushrooms and cook 2 more minutes, stir occasionally.
  • Pour in balsamic vinegar and add brown sugar, add salt to taste, and cook another 2 minutes. Add pepper to taste at last.
