酸白菜拌粉絲

Ingredients:

  • 酸白菜 1/4 棵
  • 粉絲 2 把
  • 紅辣椒 1 根
  • 糖 1/2 tsps
  • 香油 1 Tbsp
  • pepper
  • salt

Method:

  • 粉絲以冷水浸泡至軟,酸白菜以冷開水沖洗乾淨,擰乾切絲,紅辣椒切絲。
  • 香油、糖、黑胡椒、紅辣椒拌勻
  • 起滾水鍋,另準備一鍋冷開水,粉絲入滾水汆燙30秒後撈起泡入冷開水,涼後剪成小段。
  • 粉絲撈起拌入酸白菜,加入調味料拌勻,加入鹽調味。
