花生蔴薯

  • 糯米粉 450g
  • 水 4 量米杯
  • 沙拉油 少許
  • 花生米(去皮無鹽)

Method:

  • 糯米粉加水拌勻,入電鍋蒸熟。
  • 加入少許沙拉油,放入塑膠袋內敲打(如果有攪拌器以槳狀攪拌至Q)
  • 花生米磨成粉,花生粉: 糖 = 3:1
