紅棗山藥湯

Ingredients:

  • 紅棗6~8顆
  • 黃蓍數片
  • 當歸1片
  • 調味過之猴頭菇數塊,切小
  • 山藥,切小塊

Method:

  • 如是台灣山藥,則全部材料(除猴頭菇外)一起放入水中煮滾,至山藥煮軟。再放入猴頭菇,至水煮滾,加入鹽調味。
  • 如是日本山藥,則先將黃蓍、當歸、紅棗放入水中熬湯。高湯熬好後放入山藥與猴頭菇至水煮滾,加入鹽調味
