韓式煮黑豆

Ingredients:

  • 黑豆 1 cup
  • 昆布高湯 2 1/2 cups
  • 醬油 6 Tbsps
  • 糖 4 Tbsps
  • 果糖 1 Tbsp
  • 香油 1 Tbsp
  • 白芝蔴 1 Tbsp(炒過的)

Method:

  • 黑豆洗淨泡水30 分鐘~隔夜(視個人口感決定),加水,大火煮滾後轉小火煮約30分鐘。
  • 加入醬油、果糖、糖,轉小火,邊拌邊煮約15分鐘。
  • 加入白芝蔴與香油拌勻。
