蕃茄皮蛋湯

Ingredients:

  • 蕃茄,切小塊
  • 皮蛋,切丁
  • 小白菜,切3cm段
  • 蛋,打散
  • 薑,切絲
  • 蔥,切蔥花
  • 高湯粉

Method:

  • 煮滾水,放入蕃茄
  • 將皮蛋丁放入蛋液中拌勻,倒入平底鍋煎至滑嫩狀
  • 蕃茄湯煮滾後放入鹽、高湯粉、小白菜,再次煮滾後放入皮蛋與蛋皮,撒入薑絲與蔥花即可。
