紅蘿蔔炒蛋

Ingredients:

  • 紅蘿蔔
  • 蔥花
  • 太白粉(optional)

Method:

  • 胡蘿蔔刨絲,切蔥花
  • 打蛋,加鹽提味,如果紅蘿蔔份量大的話蛋中要放太白粉。
  • 放油炒紅蘿蔔絲,油要多。炒軟後用將油瀝出,油要留著備用
  • 用紅蘿蔔油炒蔥花,將蛋液倒入,蛋半熟後放入紅蘿蔔,拌一下即可起鍋。
