洋蔥炒蛋

Ingredients:

  • onion
  • egg

Method:

  • 洋蔥(順紋)切4份,逆紋切絲。洋蔥跟蛋的比例1:2。
  • 洋蔥炒軟,加一點水煮一下
  • 打蛋,加鹽。
  • 洋蔥煮好後把水瀝乾,把洋蔥倒入蛋液中。
  • 洋蔥蛋液放回去煎鍋,炒到半凝固後起鍋,把洋蔥水倒回盤中。
