薑汁燉奶

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsps 薑泥
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1 Tbsp of sugar

Methods:

  • 鮮奶加上細砂糖,以小火加熱
  • 薑泥擠出薑汁,與蛋白攪勻,放入較大的碗中。
  • When the milk boils, turn of the heat.  Pour the milk into the egg white. Use an eggbeater to stir the mixture while pouring the milk. Sift the milk-eggwhite mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a smaller bowl. Steam the mixture for about 3 minutes using medium-low heat. Turn of the heat and wait for 3 more minutes before open the lid.
