Ingredients:

  • 素豬肚
  • 酸菜
  • 花生米
  • 滷汁

Method:

  • 素豬肚滷好切絲
  • 酸菜洗淨切末,薑末爆香炒酸菜,加糖調味。
  • 花生米打碎加糖,製成花生糖粉。
