日式涼拌菠菜

Ingredients:

  • 菠菜,連根洗淨
  • 日式胡蔴醬 / 日式醬油

Methods:

  • 菠菜連根入鍋燙熟,起鍋切段。
  • 淋上日式胡蔴醬或醬油。
  • 可以灑上一些芝蔴或素香鬆
