素蚵仔煎

  • 地瓜粉 200g,太白粉 200g,烏醋 1湯匙,鹽少許調成粉水。
  • 蘑菇或是別的菇類先炒熟
  • 熱鍋入油,淋一大湯杓的粉水,加入蘑菇。
  • 小白菜在旁邊炒熟
  • 打一顆蛋在上面,打散,煎到乾,翻到小白菜上,煎到乾就可以吃了。
  • 要增添海味要加一些海苔片
