菜脯蛋

Ingredients:

  • 蘿蔔乾

Method:

  • 蘿蔔乾泡水15分鐘,切碎
  • 蔥切碎,用小火炒香蘿蔔乾與蔥。
  • 蛋打散,把炒好的蘿蔔乾與蔥倒入蛋液
  • 用中小火炒蛋,炒到半凝固軟嫩即可起鍋

也可做蘿蔔絲蛋
