大蒜炒蘑菇

Ingredients:

  • 橄欖油 olive oil
  • 蒜 garlic, 切片
  • 辣椒 chili pepper, 切片
  • 蘑菇 mushroom
  • 黑胡椒 pepper

Method:

  • 用橄欖油小火慢炒蒜片與辣椒,待油已經吃進蒜味,將蒜丟棄
  • 炒蘑菇至熟,加鹽與少許黑胡椒調味。
